Daniel J. Libbey is a partner at Strongin | Burger, LLP, handling complex matters involving toxic tort, personal injury, and auto accidents. He has assisted in several trials, securing Plaintiff’s verdicts in each matter and has obtained high-value settlements, including a recent $1,000,000.00 settlement. Before joining the firm, Daniel represented California’s largest healthcare systems in their efforts obtain reimbursement for their services.
Prior to graduating law school, Daniel had the honor of clerking for Judge William O’Neil, the Presiding Disciplinary Judge in the Arizona Supreme Court. After sitting for the California bar exam, Daniel was able to clerk for Honorable Judge Socrates Manoukian of the California Superior Court, County of San Jose, as well as provide contract administration support for Samsung Semiconductor.
Education
Daniel graduated cum laude from Arizona State University, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, a minor in U.S. history, and a certificate in the philosophy of ethics. He went on to attend the Arizona State University College of Law, earning a full-ride scholarship through the Dean’s Recruitment Award. He was a member of the Health Law Society and obtained a certificate in Law, Science, and Technology as well.
