Daniel J. Libbey
Daniel J. Libbey is a junior associate at Strongin | Burger, LLP. Before joining the firm, Daniel gained experience in both litigation and arbitration as he represented healthcare systems in their efforts obtain reimbursement for their services.
Prior to graduating law school, Daniel clerked for the Judge William O’Neil, the Presiding Disciplinary Judge in the Arizona Supreme Court. After sitting for the California bar exam, Daniel was able to clerk for Judge Manoukian in the San Jose Superior Court, as well as provide contract administration support for Samsung Semiconductor.
Daniel graduated cum laude from Arizona State University, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, a minor in U.S. history, and a certificate in the philosophy of ethics. He went on to attend the Arizona State University College of Law, earning a full-ride scholarship through the Dean’s Recruitment Award. He was a member of the Health Law Society and obtained a certificate in Law, Science, and Technology as well.
